Meet Mark
My path into this field was shaped by years of personally navigating anxiety, perfectionism, and repeated life transitions—including living abroad and starting over in multiple areas of life. These experiences led me to a deeper understanding: feeling “stuck” is often less about a lack of effort or insight, and more about how the brain and nervous system have adapted over time.
I now specialize in neurotherapy and brain-based treatment, working directly with the nervous system to shift patterns of anxiety, overwhelm, and reactivity. My approach integrates neurostimulation with EMDR and attachment-informed therapy to address both the neurological and emotional layers of change.
Over the years, I’ve supported clients across the U.S. and internationally who are ready to move beyond insight alone and create more lasting, measurable shifts in how they think, feel, and function.
My work is collaborative, practical, and grounded in helping you understand your brain—so you can move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and direction.
If you are interested in working together, please reach out for a free phone consultation. It would be an honor to hear your story and help you navigate the next steps in your journey.
