Meet Mark
My late teens and early twenties were marked by constant change: I changed my career trajectory, peer & romantic relationships, and also moved out of the country. There were numerous failures and redirections along the way. I struggled with anxiety, perfectionism, and not being good enough. Each time I had to “start over” caused me to question myself and wonder if I could ever find my way forward.
During this season, I was met by caring friends and counselors who walked alongside me through these transitions. Their presence gave me the safe space to “workshop” my inner strength and do the work needed to heal, grow, and move forward. Over time, I learned to recognize & appreciate my personality, my strengths, and even my hardships & failures.
Navigating my own life transitions, I developed a passion to help others do the same. As a therapist, I enjoy an eclectic set of interests — ranging from my “nerdy” side of psychology, neuroscience, and motorsports to my “creative” passions of travel, creative writing, and interior design. I am here to help you create a life that allows you to be fully yourself and unashamedly pursue your interests & aspirations.
If you are interested in working together, please reach out. It would be an honor to hear your story and walk alongside you in your journey.
