Integrative Attachment, Trauma, and Neurotherapy in Denver Metro

Virtual Therapy in Colorado & Ohio

A scenic view of a river with rocks and small waterfalls, lined by a walkway and greenery. In the background, there is a bridge and a brick building with a sign reading 'REI CO-OP SINCE 1938' with a Starbucks Coffee sign, under a partly cloudy sky.

True healing requires a holistic, multi-dimensional, and individualized approach.

My approach bridges the gap between traditional relational counseling, deep trauma reprocessing, and cutting-edge applied psychophysiology. By addressing the mind, relationships, and the nervous system simultaneously, I help you break out of old loops and achieve lasting, sustainable resilience.

Good Faith Estimate: Under the federal No Surprises Act (HR 133, PL 116-260), healthcare providers need to give clients and patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for healthcare items and services. If you are uninsured or self-pay for services:

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like tests, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or contact this practice at (720) 460-0999.
