True healing requires a holistic, multi-dimensional, and individualized approach.
My approach bridges the gap between traditional relational counseling, deep trauma reprocessing, and cutting-edge applied psychophysiology. By addressing the mind, relationships, and the nervous system simultaneously, I help you break out of old loops and achieve lasting, sustainable resilience.

Build Insight, Develop Somatic Skills, and Navigate Life’s Challenges
Traditional talk therapy provides an intentional, collaborative space to explore the thoughts, relational patterns, and emotions driving your current stress. Grounded in attachment theory and modern neuroscience, counseling helps you understand how your history shapes your present day.
Deconstruct the Patterns: Safely identify and shift unhelpful core beliefs, default coping strategies, and reactive behavioral loops.
Cultivate Daily Tools: Learn practical, somatic strategies for real-time emotional regulation, effective communication, and values-aligned decision-making.
Gain Lasting Clarity: Define your core values, establish firm personal and professional boundaries, and map out your next developmental steps.
Best For: General mental health support, executive burnout, relationship patterns, identity exploration, and navigating major life transitions.
The Integration: Can be utilized as a highly effective standalone therapy, or seamlessly paired with EMDR and Neurotherapy for deeper physiological restructuring.
-
Resolve the Past to Reclaim Ownership of Your Present
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) looks beyond surface-level symptom management to target the neurological root of trauma. When an event is overwhelming, the brain loops it in a raw, highly active state. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation to safely unstick those memories so they can lose their emotional charge.
Reprocess Unresolved Material: Help the central nervous system digest traumatic or chronic high-stress memories until they feel distant and neutral.
Alleviate Systemic Hypervigilance: Drastically reduce the physical triggers associated with PTSD, panic attacks, phobias, and deep-seated negative self-beliefs.
Target the Root Cause: Focus directly on the historical biological imprint of stress rather than spending years talking through the symptoms.
Best For: Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), developmental or childhood trauma, persistent emotional triggers, and individuals who feel "stuck" despite having high cognitive insight.
The Integration: Frequently woven together with relational counseling and neurotherapy to optimize your safety, pacing, and long-term integration.
-
Train Your Brain’s Electrical Pathways for Optimal Self-Regulation
Neurotherapy represents the cutting edge of applied psychophysiology. By utilizing advanced qEEG brain mapping and non-invasive neurostimulation protocols, we assess and train the underlying electrical baseline of your central nervous system, helping your brain shift out of survival mode.
Objective Brain Mapping: Use 19-channel qEEG technology to visually inspect and analyze the specific brainwave patterns driving your mood, attention, and stress.
De-Escalate Flight-or-Flight Loops: Physically support the brain in moving out of chronic, exhausted survival states (fight/flight/freeze) into flexible, self-regulated functioning.
Bypass Verbal Barriers: Work directly with the central nervous system’s physical architecture, creating change without relying solely on language or talk-based methods.
Best For: Chronic, treatment-resistant anxiety, attentional difficulties (ADHD), severe mood instability, long-standing sleep disturbances, and profound neurological burnout.
The Integration: Supercharges traditional counseling and EMDR by physically widening your window of tolerance and increasing the brain’s neuroplastic capacity for change.

Start with Individual Counseling if...
...you are unsure where to begin, feel overwhelmed by a recent life transition, or want to focus heavily on relationship dynamics, behavioral patterns, and immediate skill-building.
What counseling provides: A secure relational foundation, immediate somatic coping tools, and collaborative, values-aligned goal setting. It is the perfect starting point to build an intellectual and emotional baseline before introducing more specialized physiological interventions.
Choose EMDR Therapy if...
...past experiences, childhood history, or specific traumatic events continue to active-charge your present day. If you find yourself constantly triggered, flooding with intense emotion out of nowhere, or feeling completely "stuck" in old loops despite having immense cognitive insight into why you are stuck, your brain likely needs help digesting that data.
What EMDR provides: A rapid, highly structured trauma-reprocessing protocol designed to safely neutralize the targeted memories driving your hypervigilance, panic, and negative self-beliefs.
Add Neurotherapy if...
...you feel physically exhausted, trapped in a chronic state of fight-or-flight, or struggle with intense brain fog and attentional deficits. This is also the ideal choice if you have plateaued in traditional talk therapy because your central nervous system’s hypervigilance is simply too loud to let you sit comfortably and process your thoughts.
What neurotherapy provides: Direct physiological stabilization and objective brain mapping. By training your brain's underlying electrical pathways, neurotherapy widens your physical "window of tolerance," lowering your stress baseline and physically making your brain more receptive to the deeper work of counseling and EMDR.
