Hi! My name is Mark (he/him), and I am a licensed therapist in Colorado & Ohio.
I know what it’s like to navigate major, sudden, or unforeseen life transitions. However, I also know how powerful it is to have someone walking alongside you — to encourage you, to guide you, or to just be with you.
I have years of experience helping individuals across the U.S. and Europe navigate these concerns. My role is to create a safe space for you to be yourself, without feeling the pressure of being “put together.” At the same time, I can help you acquire the tools, skills, and direction needed to navigate the uncertainty of your present circumstances.
