Stuck Isn’t the End of the Road
Neurotherapy to retrain your brain & unlock new patterns. Move forward with calm, clarity, and control.
Do You Feel Lost, Stuck, or Overwhelmed?
I help adults overcome these struggles:
The Journey is Yours, But You’re Not On Your Own
Hi, I’m Mark (he/him), a licensed counselor in Colorado & Ohio and board-certified in neurotherapy.
I specialize in neurotherapy and brain-based treatment for anxiety, burnout, and PTSD—when it feels like you’re trying your best to move forward, but something isn’t shifting.
Your brain is designed to protect you, but sometimes those patterns become overactive, leading to overwhelm, reactivity, or self-doubt. My work focuses on helping you retrain those patterns by working directly with your brain and nervous system.
I integrate neurotherapy with attachment-based and EMDR-informed approaches to support both nervous system regulation and deeper emotional change.
My role is to offer a space that feels both grounded and collaborative—where you don’t have to have everything figured out, but can begin to develop the tools, insight, and direction needed to navigate what’s next.
If you’re interested in working together, you may schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation.

Your Path Forward is Now
I integrate brain-based approaches to help you heal from the past, navigate the present, and move forward with confidence.
Counseling
Build insight, develop skills, and navigate life’s challenges
Explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns related to anxiety, stress, relationships, and life transitions
Identify and shift unhelpful beliefs, coping strategies, and behavioral patterns
Learn practical tools for emotional regulation, communication, and decision-making
Gain clarity around goals, values, and direction
EMDR Therapy
Resolve past experiences that continue to impact the present
Helps the brain reprocess traumatic or distressing memories so they feel less intense and reactive
Reduces symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, panic, phobias, and negative self-beliefs
Uses bilateral stimulation (eye movements or tactile pulses) to support natural processing
Targets root causes of emotional triggers rather than just managing symptoms
Neurotherapy
Improve brain regulation, focus, and overall mental performance
Uses qEEG brain mapping to assess brainwave patterns related to mood, attention, and stress
Supports the brain in shifting out of fight/flight or freeze states into more regulated functioning
Can improve anxiety, depression, focus, sleep, emotional regulation, and resilience
Works directly with the brain’s activity, rather than only through talk-based methods
